| The hotel has also a pleasant small hall with a panorama view, in which breakfast is served HB (on "Swedish table"), as well as a separate restaurant. Furnished in the traditional Sardinian style, there is a terrace covered by a wooden roof, in which there is a furnace with wooden coal and a grill.

If you are willing to taste the real Sardinia cuisine, offered by the chef of the restaurant, it would be a pleasant obligation to make a visit to the restaurant of Hotel Fenicottero Rosa for which the very owners of the hotel take care. A real incredible combination of tastes and aromas are offered there: the chef amuses himself experimenting old-time recipes and preparing new dishes with products coming from his Region but he also, quite naturally, offers newly developed dishes, as well as the classic risotto with different species of fish, spaghetti alla Bottarga (prepared with the specific Bottarga caviar) and the traditional dishes of the island. For all these reasons the restaurant has already acquired a good assessment from the gastronomic magazine "Buon Appetito".
